Dear neighborhood leaders-

Downtown Ice opens this Friday, and we're opening it up to friends and neighbors for free that evening. I'd really appreciate it if you could post or distribute (or in some cases, redistribute) the email below to your respective neighborhood groups. I have also attached a coupon for 'buy-one, get-one' admission on specified dates for your use. We're very pleased to present the rink and would love to see folks out there enjoying downtown for the holidays. We appreciate any help that you can give us in spreading the word.

Skate for free on this Friday, Downtown Ice's opening night!

Downtown Ice is getting ready to open for another season at the Circle of Palms in downtown San Jose this Friday, November 14, at 5 p.m. Please print out the coupon on this URL and bring to the rink for free skate admission and skate rental. www.sjdowntown.com/FreeSkate.html

You are welcome to show up at any time that evening, but we would really love to have the rink full of skaters right at 5 pm, so I encourage you to get to the rink at 4:30, or in enough time to get skates on and get out on the ice! We will have a TV crew on hand as the rink will be featured in NBC's weather shots that evening. If you're able to come at 4:30, please
